My Story
My unique career journey has naturally led me to consulting. Starting as an ambitious biology and chemistry graduate, I was driven to apply my research, analytical skills, and systems thinking beyond traditional science. After more than a decade in public health, I transitioned into roles that bridged government, nonprofit, and business sectors, where I identified critical gaps at the intersection of these industries and developed innovative solutions.

Earning my MBA expanded my expertise, taking me from community organizing tables, where I learned about the needs of people and communities, to business planning discussions focused on profitability and sustainability. I also contributed to public policy by directly influencing and revising two state regulations. These experiences gave me a unique ability to identify operational blind spots, navigate challenges, and drive impactful, collaborative results.

As a government official, I spearheaded interagency initiatives, uniting businesses, communities, and government. One standout project led to intergovernmental and community training workshops, building bridges and strengthening collaboration. My approach has always been about “WE”—developing networks, fostering relationships, and achieving collective success.

In the private sector, I managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio as a Fortune 500 company consultant, gaining experience across industries like healthcare, nonprofits, and businesses of all sizes. My clients valued my ability to deliver results so highly that I was promoted to key accounts within just seven months. Over the years, companies have sought my expertise because I know how to develop strategic work plans and train teams to execute them effectively—ensuring operational success and sustainable growth.

Today, as Vice President of Resident Services for a nonprofit, I continue to connect communities, businesses, and government to create impactful partnerships. For over 10 years, I’ve provided business management consulting to individuals, small businesses, and large enterprises across all sectors.
